Campaign Overview
I helped to conceptualize and launch the “Tech Perspective” podcast in collaboration with my co-host, Jelani Thomas. The podcast served as a bridge between Flatiron School alumni success stories and the broader tech community, showcasing diverse experiences and insights. Each episode featured in-depth interviews with tech professionals, influential community leaders, and standout alumni, offering a comprehensive view of various tech career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Development: I designed the podcast format, developed episode structures, and created interview question frameworks to ensure each episode aligned with the campaign’s goals.
Guest Recruitment: I identified and secured notable guests, leveraging my industry connections to bring in influential voices from both within and outside of Flatiron School.
Content Creation: I collaborated closely with the design team to create promotional assets for each episode, including social media graphics, episode thumbnails, and YouTube content. I also developed workflows and templates that streamlined the production and marketing process.
Marketing & Promotion: I managed the marketing strategy for each episode, ensuring robust promotion across Flatiron School’s social channels and leveraging influencer support to extend reach.
